What do I need to use SoundDojo?
An iPad running iPadOS and a MIDI keyboard or digital piano. Any standard MIDI controller works — connect via USB or Bluetooth.
Is SoundDojo available on iPhone or Android?
SoundDojo is currently iPad-only. It's designed for the larger screen to display sheet music, feedback, and practice tools comfortably.
How does real-time feedback work?
SoundDojo reads MIDI input from your keyboard and evaluates it against the exercise or song in real time. You'll see color-coded notes on the score and a 4D score (accuracy, groove, dynamics, recovery) after each session.
Can I import my own songs?
Yes. The Song Learner feature supports MusicXML files. Import any MusicXML file and practice measure by measure with real-time feedback.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPad to manage or cancel.
My MIDI keyboard isn't being detected.
Make sure your keyboard is powered on and connected via USB or Bluetooth MIDI. Try disconnecting and reconnecting. If using Bluetooth, pair through iPad Settings > Bluetooth first.
